Trio 5 presents a program for viola/violin, cello, and piano, featuring the beloved Fauré Piano Trio, alongside a vibrant contemporary work by living composer Gerald Cohen, and a brand-new commission by Trio 5’s own pianist, violist, and composer, Micah Behr.

Based in the Midwest, Trio 5 brings together three dynamic musicians: Philip Bergman (cello), Madlen Breckbill (violin & viola), and Micah Behr (piano & viola). Known for their versatility and creativity, the ensemble continually reimagines the traditional trio format—shifting instrumentation and roles to showcase the full range of their artistic voices.​
